The performance at work shall be measured & monitored regularly in key result areas to see whether you are achieving the required standards with a tremendous speed.

Determine the numbers you will use to measure how well you are doing in each part of your work. Compare your performance with your standards regularly to track your progress. Continually strive to improve. The daily exercise of focusing on improvement in your key result areas, one at a time, is so powerful that this commitment alone can make you a unique employee of your organization.
Quality & quantity of work is everything. Resolve today to become excellent at whatever you do. Commit to doing your job the very best way possible. Set excellent performance as your standard & never compromise it for the rest of your career.
