How Does a Good Business Card Look?
First impression can be the last impression Marc Accetta once said, and when I have started to pen down this article this stroke my mind almost instantly. The business card is a first impression that on which the people will form their initial opinion about you.
Well business cards serve the primary purpose of providing access to the people almost instantly when they need your product or services. However, the earlier aspect should not be overlooked. Under such a scenario, it is very important to decide as to how a good business card looks.
Here are some things to be careful about:
Many times, I come across a business card that looks near to perfect until and unless not viewed from the back. On the face, all the details may look bright and professional but, as you turn it over you will find the note by ABC printers. Well there cannot be a show poorer than this.
Then what is the print format and design that will make a business card look good. You can let your imagination fly as long as the important contact information is clearly highlighted. Moreover, who says that only the card sheet business cards will make excellent business cards? Be innovative try a key ring or a tea coaster for the same. Today the digital art advancements give you much space to experiment.
A business card is nothing but a small size advertisement for you or your business. Hence it must be very carefully designed such that your status and dignity are not let down in any way. You can even add your job titles as it describes more about your job and your passion. Adding a logo is also a great idea because it gets registered on the minds of people who look at it. Tag lines are also important to be displayed in business cards to get better recognition. Don’t concentrate more on graphics and colors, etc, since it may reduce the space for adding text on your business card.
A good business card will not only be impressive but also help your activities get recognition.
