On the beginning of every marketing plan, you must put summary. Of course you don’t make this first, but you have to put it on the top of every marketing plan.

Next thing in marketing plan is analysis of current state of market. You will want to find out what is going on in the market at the moment, so you will be able to do next step of marketing plan good enough.

Third step in marketing plan is analyzing of business opportunities. This is a very important part of marketing plan becauce you will build your marketing strategy/marketing plan on a good business opportunity.

Once you find one, you need to set yourself some goals. Goals that you want to achieve by following that marketing plan.

Next is formation of marketing strategy. In that part of your marketing plan, you will decide what are your segments, how will you position on market and other important parts of marketing strategy.

After you have all that, you can make financial projections for your marketing plan. So how much will you invest in marketing? Will it be a % of total sales? Or a fixed ammount?
