IMF Economy
This will be a short description of IMF. What is IMF? What does it do? What should it do? Many people do not know what IMF is, even though there is no person on this planet whos life would not be affected by IMF. IMF stands for International Monetary Found. IMF economy is also many time confused with FED, which is Federal reserve bank. Eventhough they are both very important institutions and they are both very powerful, they have very different jobs.
Under words FED economy, at least I consider the whole economy of the USA and of course over US, the whole world. FED is the national bank of United States of America. It has a very similar role as the European Central Bank does. Fed sets intrest rates, decide how much money there is in the market and similar stuff like that. But what is IMF? What do words IMF economy mean?
IMF in as I said a monetary found. It’s primary job is to give loans to different countries and to make sure money (as cash) is on the write place at the right time. IMF economy changes with time and is very different now, in time of financial crisis as it was in times of prosperity few years ago. Loans are much harder to get and small countries usually do not get them. That is way so many words have been said about third world countries who suffer alot in this crisis, because all the west world countires have so much of their own problem that they have forgot about the small countries still in developement.
So to put it all in few words for those who hate to read alot, IMF is the big boss when it comes to cash and IMF economy could be equaled with monetary economy, fiscal economy. IMF is the ultimate money controler on this planet.
