Macroeconomic Economy
Many people do now know what macroeconomics actually is, so I will try to explain what is macroeconomic economy or with other words what is macroeconomic point of view. This will be a very short article, since there is not much to tell when speaking generaly about macroeconomics.
Economy as a science is devided into two big branches. First is microeconomics and secons is macroeconomics. Microeconomics talks about small stuff, such as supply and demand theories. elastics of the market, price discrimination and similar things. While macroeconomics talks about economy on general. Things such as GDP, what affects it and how it grows. Macroeconomic economy talks about movement in markets, stocks for example. It talks about inflation and deflation, about prosperity and recession.
Many people would say that macroeconomic economy is the same as just economy. But this is not true. This mistake is made because people do not know that science of microeconomics and therefor do not know anything else about economy but macroeconomics facts, that we get over television every day.
