Two Factor Theory by Frederick
The two factor theory was written by Frederick Hertzberg and is also known as the Hygiene Theory. We already wrote about it in the other article under this name (Hygiene Theory) so I will not talk much about it here. The two factor theory talks about two factors of motivation. First ones aren’t actually motivators but are the ones who remove demotivation. They take care of safe work enviroment and stuff like that. Others are the motivators and they motivate people to work better.
