What is Debt?
Here we are on sayeconomy talking about debt a bit more 
. This time I will talk about what debt actually is. Will give few short definitions of debt and then I will talk about some problems related to debt and how to solve them. Hope you will like it and hope you will learn something new out of it.
So what is debt? Not really a hard question. Debt is an ammount of money you owe to someone. So let’s say you borrowed 1000 euros from your local bank and spend it on vacations. Right now, I can think of three main ways on which people can get into debt. First one is already mentioned taking a bank loan. You go to bank, or somewhere else, you take a loan and go home. You created a debt and now you “have it”, you’re in debt. Second way is to just spend more with your credit card than you had on it. The “had money” minus the “spent money” is your debt. First, you gotta make sure you do not make any more debt because it is stupid to work hard to get rid of debt on one hand and making new one on the other. Second, you must take control over your finances. You have to know exactly where you have every cent of your money. That way, you will be able to decide what can you buy, what can’t you, which debt to repay first, which debt to repay at all and so on. If all that fails, you should call a company such as Debt Free Direct. Debt Free Direct and other companies alike are there to help you to get out of debt on many different ways. So in case you cannot manage your debt on your own, do not hesitate to call one of those companies and help yourself.
